Is this product a pfd? according to uscg regulation and amazon policy pfd must have asni/ul certificantion. is this product certify or tested?

This vest is for the pool only I would not suggest using it if you are going on a boat. I do not believe it is PFD certified. However I am not sure I no longer have the product

Is the Shark vest blue and aqua or blue and green?

The one I received was green and red as advertised. This vest is different from the one I ordered. More importantly, it works well.

My 7 year old son is 44 pounds can this fits him?

My 4 year old daughter is 43 it fit her fine but he may be better with a life jacket type. I got that for my daughter to try and she prefers it over this.
