It's very big and fits Adults as well. It's a good quality helmet and it has a visor button which flips the visor over and a sound effect button.

I have 4 1/2 year old twins that would love this. Are they to young for this helmet?

They might be, but my daughter reused the astronaut suit for multiple Halloweens. Your twins will get bigger so by next year, and a few years following, it should fit them very well. My daughter was 7 when she first used it. At 10 it still fits.

I tried to push it back down and use the button but it won't stay closed? What can I do?

Pushing the button in makes the shield come up..just try shutting it without pushing the button in. If it still does not close i would suggest contacting the company. Hope this helped
