The weight is melting off. My goal is 10 lbs over 13 days. I'm 9 days in and down 7 lbs. Really not wanting to cheat! The urges are gone.

Does not help appetite & plan calls for starving yourself to under 1000 calories a day.

Ok. So I fell for this, too. Bottom line: when I add up the calories of the “allowed foods” on this protocol, it’s like 700 calories per day. I’m pretty sure that AnyOne eating this little for a 10, 21 or 45 day stretch is going to shed weight, With or Without the skinny up reduce. I suppose the $$ spent on the drops can make you accountable to yourself🤷‍♀️

This product works! I lost 20 pounds in 30 days..must be disciplined.. have kept 18 off. N

I tried it along with the highly restricted diet and it didn’t work at all.
