What made me actually bother to write a review is how impressed I was with the after sales service. We had a problem with sticking valves, tried trouble shooting, but when this didn’t worked I reached out to the company and they were amazing - efficient, responsive, helpful. Highly recommend. Review: Plastic fantastic - This trumpet is pretty good for the price. I would definitely recommend for a learner or a second instrument. However on playing I have found that when playing on the third valve in the lower registers it becomes quite flat muffled and difficult to get a good sound. This can be compensated by changing your playing style and forcing the air through. Saying this I have been very impressed with the sound produced with a rich tone which although not quite as brilliant as a traditional brass trumpet is still very good. Tuning has been a slight issue for me however I believe this is more down to getting used to a new instrument rather than down to the instrument itself.
