Complete garbage and here is why
I was chasing video issues with a PC for two days. Weird distortion lines that would travel up the screen. Tried every possible resolution and refresh rate. Nothing. Had suspected the monitor was the issue. Swapped it. No improvement. Swapped out the PC with a known good PC of the same model, same problem. I thought well maybe it is the VGA cable. (One being used was fresh out of the package). Took another new cable from this same order lot and same issue. Finally swapped out the two new VGA cables with an older cable and bingo, problem solved. These cables are utterly unshielded with no in line choke. They are cheap, yes.. but functional? No. Nada. Zip. Garbage. Save your money and buy shielded cables or chase your tail with video issues that are never ending.

This was just what I needed in a hurry to hook up a 24" TV as a computer monitor. It arrived quickly and worked like a charm.
