Simmons Glimmer Plush Pillow Top King Mattress Pocketed Coil Gel Memory Foam

We spent the $ on a Verlo and regretted our decision within a short time. With aching backs and hips, we researched and made our choice: Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Plush Pillow Top. I couldn't be happier with the support and comfort ( back surgery 2 years ago). Comfort and a good price. I will no longer be seduced by the fact that a quality mattress must be expensive.

We just received this mattress today, and it is TERRIBLE! I am writing this review at 1:30am because I can't sleep on it. I have given up and am now lying on a foam topper placed on the bedroom floor, and I am much more comfortable here on the floor than I was in the bed.The fabric on the mattress is stiff and of very low quality. This shouldn't be a problem because it's covered with a mattress pad and sheets anyway, but it still doesn't "give" for that plush feel. You sink into the mattress, which could be good, except you are met with hard springs and awful pressure points. My husband, a back sleeper, is already having terrible back pains after just a few hours. I'm a side-sleeper, and my shoulder and hip are killing me. I know they say a mattress needs time to settle, but I can't tolerate this bed for a few hours, much less a whole night. I will be returning this mattress.

We have had this bed for a week now and we haven't slept this good in a long time. I prefer a more firm bed and it is the perfect compromise between soft and firm. White glove delivery was great! So glad we decided to save a ton of money than buying a similiar bed for our local stores (Art Van, SnuuZ) would highly recommended. Hoping it holds up over time

This was a fabulous mattress for a few months! Then the body imprint started to stay, and there is no way to flip it over. Rotating would work it you don't have a significant other who is also leaving a body imprint😝 When we didn't sleep on it for a few weeks the imprint finally disappeared. Sadly it is now in the guest room, and I only sleep on it when my husband isn't home, and go back to my other mattress before it starts to develop an imprint.

Good mattress. Comfortable and the perfect softness without being too soft. Only thing to determine now is how long it will hold up without losing form.UPDATE: It took only a few months for it to start forming slight "trenches". Not too bad but still annoying. Would expect more for the price and from the brand.

We bought this mattress in September 2014. At first it was great-we slept like babies. After a couple months it started caving in. Now the entire middle sags so badly that my husband and I both roll into the hole. I feel like I've aged 50 years in the past year and a half, I literally have to pry my wrecked body out of the crater every morning and walk like a Neanderthal until midday when my muscles finally stop contracting. My husband has developed a look quite similar to Quasi Modo and we can no longer be intimate because neither of us can move. I'm hoping to qualify for disability soon so I can afford a new bed!

I have had this mattress for 5 + years now and it is still amazing. It was a little more firm than I had hoped. But I got a mattress topper and all was well. This was a great investment! All of my stiff back problems faded away once I got this mattress.

We loved the comfort at first but over a period of time the mattress began compressing where we both lay. There is now a 2” dip on each side of the mattress. We can’t turn it over because it is a pillow top with only one side useable. We contacted USMattress/Simmons who sent out an inspector. They replied that slats are too far apart on our platform bed frame which has caused the problem with the mattress. Interesting that the bed frame is a heavy-duty platform that they sell on THEIR website for THEIR mattresses but their warranty won’t be valid if you use it. You’ll be sorry!
