Is it greasy or heavy on thin hair?

I spray 1 to 2 sprays (depending on hair) onto my hand. rub on both hands and work into the hair. I don't not experience heavy or greasy on anyone's hair I use it on.

Can you use this wet and dry hair?

yes I use it on my when hair is wet. but also use when dry to help detangle dry hair. also to help with braiding.
