Donโt look at the price this is a good coffee
Itโs a very good smooth Flavor and good quality coffee.not so acidic. So far Iโve been ordering for almost a year and every time the coffee is fresh. We Tried other famous brands very unsuccessfully Most of the times the Coffey beans where old and very terrible flavor . Aiello itโs been a very successful switch we love the aroma .

Not as dark as many espresso beans, flavorful, smooth tasting
My husband and I typically gravitate towards dark or medium-dark roasts because we like the richer, bolder, slightly bitter flavor. However, we sometimes enjoy a good quality medium roast, especially when we have guests over. The Espresso Sublime is a medium roast - rich, smooth, and not at all bitter. We love grinding our own beans at home. In my opinion, you just can't beat that freshly ground taste. My husband likes nibbling on the coffee beans while grinding them and said they tasted good! Fresh tasting and not overly oily. The coffee tastes good on its own with no flavored creamers or other additives. That is the true test of a good cup of coffee! We prepared this using an inexpensive stovetop espresso maker and also in a traditional drip coffeemaker. Both turned out delicious! It also works great as an espresso shot in our regular coffee!

One of the best so far.
If you make it properly and have it with a little sugar. It tastes like the best dark chocolate you ever had. Excellent cream great taste. Will definitely order again.

If you want European style REAL espresso (Not Charbucks ash water) - this is the way to go
Very fresh and grinds really nicely in my DeLonghi La Specialista and makes the perfect Espressos. So difficult to find really European style coffee in the US. Even major brands like Lavazza and Illy optimize their product and roast for the mainstream American market - drip coffee! You can see on packages - they always show drip machines. This shows only an espresso machine and it delivers. Helps that it is reasonably priced too.

Like the taste but inconsistant
When I could pull a shot from this coffee I really liked the taste. Nice chocolate notes and full of flavor BUT most of the shots I pulled with it were very inconsistent. Once I dialed in the shot and got a 18g/36g shot in 26 seconds I found the next day it took more than a minute to pull a 18g/36g shot. After regrinding courser i was able to get a shot in 30+ seconds but again the next day (without changing the grinder setting) I was back up over 1 minute. It was like this through the whole bag...totally mixed...I my 2 cents is to buy another brand.

Gas station coffee - BLECH!
Makes a terrible espresso - absolutely nothing like a good Italian roast. Tried dosing 18-23 grams and got decent looking shots with good crema, but the flavor is just absent. It really does taste like the sort of coffee you'd get at a convenience store. The beans are poor quality with many broken shards and defects - usually a sign of poor quality sourcing. Between this, Kimbo and Lavazza, get anything but this. I've had great luck with Lavazza Gran Crema and Kimbo Espresso Napolitano.
