Great quality
I was really glad when I found a great stainless steel option that fits in my artic canteen mug! It's thin stainless steel but not to thin it's the perfect compromise. If you are looking for this style of mess kit I would strongly recommend this one. Great price lightweight and exactly what I was looking for!

THE PAN IS A GREAT SIZE, WILL EASILY COOK UP TWO 8" FISH FILLETS AT ONCE, STURDILY BUILT HANDLE TOO. THE PLATE FITS PERFECTLY SNUGLY INTO THE PAN, CLIPS INSIDE IT TOO, NON RATTELING THUS. Nice GI style mess kit
Nice authentic little repro of the US mess kit, my grandson is a WW2 buff and it works well in his play. Works well as a real mess kit too. Not as heavy-duty as the original but it doesn't need to be. Also much cheaper that originals or better made reenacting mess kits.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a camp cooking and I have used this in the past when in country. These are durable fantastic because they are easy to clean and just the right size for my needs. They cook up all the things that I like 👍
