On 7/29/19 description says “cotton & linen”, but tag on item says 95% cotton and 5% polyester. If you are avoiding synthetic fibers due to skin sensitivity, this item is not for you. We did not try the product so cannot attest to quality, but feels like it may be two layers of thin fabric. Feels thinner than other similar products purchased.

Beautiful soft material that feels like linen, wooden buttons that are functional, snaps on the legs for easy changing- what more could you want for a babe?I got the white which would also be fairly gender neutral and than snagged these bows, too!
