Alpine Corporation TZL130 Outdoor Floor 8-Tiered Rock Waterfall Fountain with LED Lights and Natural Stone Look, 50", Gray

I've only had this product for a week. it came a day early which was nice. we set it up on a 3 inch stone base and it's the perfect height between the windows. We have the pump on the lowest setting and it doesn't seem to spill or overflow at all. it was easy setup and functions just as it should. I didn't pay full price for this item. I bought it as a new and used product and it's completely perfect. All the lights work the pump works it's has a beautiful sound. We connected it to a timer box like the one you'd use for Christmas lights and it turns it on in the evening it runs perfectly fine connected to the Box. It has been quite hot here lately so we've had to refill it but it's a small issue and something that's going to be expected. We just buy a few gallons of distilled water. It's essentially as simple as setting up a fish tank you plug the pump in you fill it with water and plug it in. It has beautiful lighting and we love the reflective glow on the house.

This fountain is absolutely beautiful. I still am working on the set up but it already looks amazing. I’ve had it set up for almost a week and didn’t have to refill it yet. This seems to work much better than the normal bird bath fountain. It sounds amazing as well.

Less than two months after installation, with only limited operation (not more than 10 hours), the pump went. My electrician fixed the pump, and it kept going for a few months before it went again. My electrician fixed it again. Now, the unit does not appear to hold water -- it apparently is leaking at the base -- and so is not working at all. The rock effect, light and water were nice effects in my roof deck, but I did not even get two seasons out of the fountain. That combined with the fact that, as many others have noted, I had to frequently fill the water, means that this was a complete waste of money for the fountain and installation. The product is really not fit for its intended purpose.

Great fountain works right out on the box. Perfect for our deck. This is high quality and well made. Delivery was easy, packaging protect the fountain, no damage, plugged it into GFCI outlet, and filled with garden hose. Really lights up at night. Bought the algae control bottle also. Water is clear and clean. The builtin filter mesh filters out bugs and leaves. All our guests love it. The sound is so relaxing. Glad we bought it.

Wonderful fountain! Put it on a flat dolly and moved it around the patio easily. Located it in the garden and ran power to it, controlled by a switch. The pump does not change the water flow very much by turning the cover on the intake, but got it to slow the flow a bit. It looks great, especially in the evening and the sound of the cascading water is very relaxing. We saw this fountain elsewhere for twice the price, so was thrilled to see Amazon selling it for so much less. We are happy campers!

Not sure if I am not able to get the flow right with both valves inside but this product does splash a lot to the point of having to put more water in it daily. I would suggest you look at the area before you buy this item. It is not light to move around. Once you have water in it you will not be able to move.

The fountain is fantastic. Great looking and provides incredible tranquility and ambience. Customer service helped me with all issues and is incredible as well.

It’s a little hard to review this because I bought this item as a returned item at a deep discount. The fountain is lovely and I love it. It was marked missing hardware so that’s where the discount came in. It is an oversized item which I didn’t realize and had to be delivered by a special delivery company. After it made its way around the country, I finally received it. It was just what I wanted. After we filled it up we discovered it had a small crack at the bottom with a slow leak. We drained it and my husband FlexSealed it and it seems to be fine. The hardware was all there but the light adapter didn’t work. I emailed Alpine and they hooked me up with a retailer that sells the adapter. I’ve ordered it and hopefully it will be here soon. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate about purchasing it. It’s beautiful when up and going. Like I said, mine was discounted and it was well worth the trouble of repairs.
