Dr. Brighten Balance - Hormone Balance for Women with Chasteberry and DIM - Targets Hormonal Acne, Period Issues, & PMS - Vegan, Non-GMO

I don’t typically write reviews but hoping this helps someone because hormonal issues are no joke. This has been very effective for me in treating PMDD and estrogen dominance. Mood, brain fog, and pain improvement, almost eliminated hormonal acne (was constant, now only a couple a month). I still typically get a rough mental/emotional day 5-7 days before my cycle and then day 1 of my cycle but a huge improvement. I keep thinking I'm pregnant because I lack all my major pre-period symptoms! Prior to taking this I was taking calcium d glucarate and DIM, etc separately but love how this combines. I also have IBS and other DIMs give me gas and bloating but this doesn’t. I took it for 6-9 months and thought I good to go so I stopped for 2 months and my brain fog and moodiness came back so I was quick to order a couple more bottles! Highly recommend for anyone with similar symptoms.

Balance is the ONLY supplement that has helped my heavy periods. I’m talking I’ve tried so many things over the years! Finally my period is much lighter and less clotting, and more regularly timed. Be consistent taking it twice a day or it’ll not work as well, of course. My blood work does show too much b6 from this product (getting too much causes irritability and moodiness) so I take it a little here and there the first week after my period to level myself out and it helps. The closer to time of your period if you take less it’ll affect the results so don’t skip too long. I’ve noticed sometimes when I take it perfectly every day for months that I’ve even skipped some periods. But I have not been able to find anything else on the market as good as this for helping heavy periods!!! Highly recommend.

Over the course of my 41 years, supplements are the only thing that ever really helped calm or balance my body and emotions at various times in my cycle and life. DIM, for example, did more for my hormonal breakouts than HBC, spiro, or anything topical EVER did. Vitex/chasteberry helps so much with mild PMS to my most severe PMDD episodes. Dr. Brighten's Balance has the most comprehensive list of ingredients I look for. And thankfully, I have found that this formulation is also very effective and I felt the benefits immediately after taking it. I always choose my supplements very carefully (i.e. I don't go bargain hunting). I've learned over the years that some brands work for me and others don't. I'm so glad something that has everything I need worked SO well. I'm a huge fan of Dr. Brighten's work and the mission she's on to improve women's lives and I highly recommend checking her out. You will learn SO much and feel so much less alone.

I have been suffering from inconsistent periods for months and this helped me in the past. I wound up buying again and have been taking this for the past month and finally got my period within 30 days. So thankful for this product it actually works!

After reading doctor brightens book I decided to get off of the pill. I did not buy these supplements for a year and my skin on my face became wild! Very bumpy and just entirely confused and cystic type of acne arising in some spots towards the end (before I bought this). Then I decided to try BC again.. for two weeks. I came off due to horrible moods instantly and I am now entirely BC free again. Even though it was only for two weeks this time I was nervous of losing hair getting off or my acne worsening. Well!! My skin is the clearest it has been in a year and none of my hair is shedding! I cannot believe the difference in my skin in just three weeks. I tried the dermatologist twice... nothing worked that I was given. But in just three weeks of taking this my skin is completely clear. SO LOVELY

Amazing! My doctor wanted to put me on birth control pills to balance my premenopausal symptoms. I don’t need them now!

I had issues with this product it made me feel really really bad so I wasn’t sure if I was allergic to something in it or not. Per Amazon in order to receive a refund you must send and email to the seller, of which I did. Still have heard nothing from them and Amazon followed up asking if it was resolved and I informed them I never received a reply. Will not order anymore products from this doctors company. Seeking Health has all the best supplements so I’m sticking with Dr. Ben Lynch.
