Assembly
It seems impossible to correctly line up the inflow water port with the outflow port (to the shower head). Both connection must face down when tight, but at the screw connection of both pieces, they only tighten up to an angle of +/- 45 degrees. I had to fit a rubber washer (not provided) to allow ports to line up when tight enough to not leak. Other people will have a bigger problem. This is a poor design.

Poor alignment
Had same issue, poor engineering causing alignment to be completely off. Need to over do PTFE tape to try to compensate and save the look of shower. Other components were fine.

Great value for money.
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and a good upgrade from our standard shower fittings, and great value for money, would recommend.
