If you work on kitchen equipment you should definitely have some of this around. I hate using WD40 anywhere near food contact surfaces. This stuff is great at freeing up bolts and leaves no smell afterwards. Side note, it has also helped me free up the motor and bearings on some equipment that had seized due to juice residue.

I had a few STUCK screws on my espresso machine, and I was at the end of my ability to deal with it. I tried the Penetrant and after soaking for an hour to overnight, I was able to remove the STUCK screws. The important thing for me was the "food grade" rating, as the screws were in the flow of the coffee water, so I could not use my normal penetrating oils.
