I have loved the convenience and all the varieties of mixes. But a loaf is too large for us now. I got my half-pound bread pan in today and gave it try. I divided the mix in half and put it through the bread maker on the dough setting, and when it was done, I took the dough, kneaded it just enough to work out bubbles, shaped and put in my little pan (I sprayed the loaf pan with Pam Cooking Spray before use). After rising for one hour, I baked at 350 for 25 minutes (the package mix says to bake for 30 minutes for a full loaf if you use the oven). It slid right out of the pan and the bread turned out perfect. . All the ones I’ve tried have produced way to much dough, and that’s difficult to adjust because when you remove some dough (because it raised too much) the whole loaf deflates and needs to rise again. I’m in the guesswork stage right now. If it really costs too much to point a single recipe with the pan, perhaps it could be made available online.
