What is the difference between 34-pc1500 and 34-pc1500t?

The 34-PC1500T has regular terminals but the 34-PC1500 has positive and negative plastic circles on the front of the battery and has different design on the top part where the handles are located

Does this battery fit a 2012 jk or do you have to get the 34r? plan on getting the odyssey dual tray in the future but amazon says it doesn’t fit

The terminals positions are wrong for my 2012 dodge grand caravan and Amazon says the 34r doesn't fit my vehicle. Any thoughts?

The 34R is for fords and other makes where the positive Terminal is on the Right had side. The reason it won't fit your Caravan is one of the two cables going to your battery will be to short.
