The recipes were clearly organization in a way that fits the western mind and instructions were clear and thorough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Good Cookbook *by N***O on 18 July 2013* This book contains all the classic Filipino dishes, it is easy to follow, has some great pictures on nice glossy pages and it also explains the English name of the dish under the Filipino name which I found very helpful. I bought this book to learn to cook some Filipino dishes for my boyfriend who is half Filipino, half English. He loves this book too.
