This foot massage is so relaxing and does a great job. As far as the heat I must say it takes about a full 15 minutes for it to really heat up nicely. At first I thought the heat was not working but after about 5 minutes I started feeling a little heat and after 15 minutes it reached an extra warm comforting heat, so patience for heat is needed. The massaging unit has a nice rolling under the feet method that is so soothing for my tired feet. I highly recommend. So glad it comes with a remote that works well. It automatically shuts off itself in 15 minutes, but all you have to do is press start to get it going again. It gives you options to use both massager and heat at the same time, or you can just use heat only without the massager or you can use the massager only without the heat. I have not unzipped yet to use as a back massager but my guess is that will be comforting and relaxing too. My experience is this is a Great quality product!

I was a little skeptical since the other foot massage devices I saw on Amazon were way more expensive. And the ones that were in this price range didn't have great reviews. But I saw the good reviews and the 30% off coupon and thought, "Why not" I'm so glad I did. I spend about 6 hours a day walking on weekdays. My weekends have gotten more active lately and although yoga helps soothe the rest of my body, I haven't found anything that resolves aching foot pain. It was so bad that I couldn't put pressure on my feet in the morning. I don't like the motorized foot spas - too messy. And I only tolerate foot massages from my husband so i decided to start with this. The heat is JUST enough to soothe and relax without burning and the actual massage is great. After about 15 minutes, I could stretch my feet again. My only complaint is that it shuts off after 15 minutes. I understand why, but it's like lazy binging on Netflix and it stops the show and asks if you're still watching and you've gotta move from your comfy spot and find the remote.

I really like this. Broke my ankle and now working on getting ligaments stretched while I start walking. I can heat my whole foot but also massage the arch area while I sit at my desk and move my ankle around to get it moving again. It really helps so when I stand and put pressure on my foot and ankle and is not as painful. I use it between getting up while I sit at my desk. I like to hike and it will be useful for times I am on my feet a lot too. I gave it four stars because they should have made the cord on the remote longer. I am 5'5" and the cord only reaches my lap. I keep dropping it. It is annoying.

I have tried many ways such as thermal socks and slipper to lessen my cold feet, but none of these works to me. I then bought this Foot and Back massager with heat to get a try. It works very well, typically when I watch TV and I can keep my feet warm. I haven't tried it for my back. A minor issue is that it is shut off automatically after 30 minutes because of the higher temperature. I hope this can take longer. Overall, I am satisfied with this massager. I strongly recommend people who have cold feet getting a try. ----- 6/3/20 Update ------ I sent the warranty message to the company. When I received the product, it comes with a massage pillow discount. However, When I was done with this review, they have never gotten back to me anymore. I am kind of disappointed with their after-sale service. I don't mind whether I can get this pillow, but I did care about their service and the attitude toward customers like me. I like the product, but not the service. I got a response after writing this update. I will change my review rating to 5 stars if everything goes well. ----- 6/5/20 Update ------ Today, I received the massage pillow. The email conversation becomes very active and they are very efficient. I adjusted my review back to 5 stars because of the good after-sale service. I haven't tried the pillow yet.

Barely moves. NOT a massage. Too costly for little satisfaction

One thing I've never liked about foot massagers is, you have to be seated with your legs rigid. I wondered if massage socks existed, because they'd allow me to lay down while getting the massage. This is what I found in my search, and while it's not socks, it does exactly what I was looking for.

I love this thing. I bought it for my husband since he does manual labor and his feet often hurt, but I think I'll be using it a lot when he isn't. I think this is great for how much less expensive it is to similar products. It seems sturdy, it warms nice and fairly quickly. The massaging balls in it feel sturdy and can take nice pressure from my feet without feeling like it is stressing the mechanics of it. It also has a 2 year warranty- Yes!! Awesome! I did try unzipping the cover and using it on my back, it felt nice but I think it really mostly excels at the feet. I actually like that the massaging bits don't cover the whole foot since I can move my feet around and target different areas as needed, and some parts of my feet I don't like rubbed. What I do not like is the sessions are not long enough, I didn't time them but they seem maybe 15 minutes like others have said. I have to keep resetting it when it stops. I wish it ran for 30 or 45 minutes, that would be great. Overall though I'm very happy with the purchase, especially with the warranty.

You know I was honestly thinking that this was going to be a reasonable product when I was buying it but when I came in the mail today that’s honestly not the case whatsoever at first when I put my feet in and I’m testing the product out the product felt very ticklish towards me because I’m not used to that but anyways still using it at the time I start to notice that it doesn’t really feel like it’s really doing anything where that it’s going to be at a quick fast rate but also offer a good heat sensation that my feet is healing you know what I mean but then even also towards putting it on my back again towards my feet it’s a very slow process but not a big process as towards it’s going to be doing more work again that’s what I expect from the product to do a little bit more work instead of for it to do less because I feel like I honestly just wasted my money do you know what I mean when I could’ve just gotten something different that maybe it would actually be a little bit more reliable than this so I just don’t understand how people are putting this to 4 1/2 stars it doesn’t make any sense to me whatsoever it really doesn’t but again if it was me I wouldn’t really use this towards someone who has back pain someone who has a feet pain again I’m 27 years old you know I have flat feet I have feet pain I’m literally wearing sketchers shoes literally so you could already tell where I’m coming from and also keep in mind I have back pain also so this product does not help whatsoever for that so do not get this product at all also keep in mind I forgot to mention let’s see if you sleep with this item in back of you and you have the thing massaging your back and you have the heat on Don’t leave the heat on because you know how you leave a frying pan on and you think that is turned off and you put your finger on there and it burns this is pretty much that type of situation it’s going to feel like that just thought you should know again don’t get the product

I've only had this for a couple of days and i can already say its one of the best purchases i've ever made. Its extremely easy to use... literally just plug it in and press 2 buttons and you're all set. It really multi functional as well. I originally bought it to soothe foot pain, but also for my back. You can keep the foot cover on to use it on your feet or you can unzip it and use it on your back, neck, legs, literally anywhere! The two massage directions are a nice variety, and the heat function is very strong and works well with or without the massage function being on. The unit comes with an automatic shut off and is small enough to fit behind you on a desk chair while still having excellent power and functionality. 10/10 would recommend
