This review below came to the attention of Wolady, whereupon I was contacted. They offered me a full refund or a replacement and I chose the replacement. The new Massage Ball was received and this one works great - no stoppages, no problems re-charging it - all good. While there may have been a problem with the first one, they were very quick to get back to me and the replacement arrived immediately. Excellent customer service! This product was great, until it wasn't. Worked fine, loved the massage, easy to use, very effective for two (2) weeks!!! Left it alone for a week and hmmmmm, won't come on, no lights visible, pressed button several time. Hmmmmm? Must have run out of charge. Plugged it in - no light came on indicating it was charging. Wow, must have really run out of power. Left it on charger for 2 hours - nothing. Pamphlet that comes with it says to contact them if "power indicator does not work after long time charging." E-mailed - 1 week nothing. E-mailed again and no response. Learned my lesson - never buy this product.

Nice vibration, but it stopped working after just a few uses. I plugged back in and still did not work. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a day. when I dropped it in the trash it lit up, and I found I could get it to work by hitting on the table each time. The seller contacted me and are sending another one, even though I was out of the return window. The ball has strong vibration that reaches deep into the muscles. It is an excellent product offered by a responsible seller.

Failed to hold a charge after three months. Was hardly used. POS. Save your money.

My massage therapist recommend i get one to assist with lymph drainage and I am doing her protocol for that but what im really enjoying is how the vibration tricks my nervous system, muscles, and mind to let go of tension ive chronically held onto. The textured surface is super grippy...it leaves dents in my skin so im going to try putting a towel between me and it to see if that helps. I love the speeds...srill playing with what works best for my body but i like the options. Easy to charge...super portable and perfect for on the go pain relief. Great value.

The ball worked great when we first got it. We had a physical therapist help us with how to use it and proper placement. The ball is solidly made so no matter if you're 100lbs or 250lbs, it wont break the outer shell. At about the 2 month mark it started to slow down and last shorter in-between charges till it finally stopped. . I did get a partial refund because the return was after the 30 day period. There should have been a 12 mo warranty, but I could not figure how to get a hold of the manufacturer or sellers to submit a claim. The rest of the reviews looked good, so It may have been a defective one. It would have been nice to have the sellers honor their warranty but all I got was Amazons representatives who seemingly could not help with the warranty claim.

This is a powerful isolating vibration ball. It has three speeds and I found it great for Plantar fasciitis. It really vibrates deep. I have used it on the small off my back and works a treat. When you first get it you will probably be scratching your head where to insert the power/usb cord. The power in is on top above the silver ring. YOU DON'T LIFT THE RUBBER.. YOU PUSH THROUGH THE RUBBER. You won't see any hole. just says DC.. That's where you push through the power pin end. Don't lift, push it in. Great thing for those aches and pains. Enjoy!

The ball, when it's working, is awesome. Mine, however, will no longer charge and dies after about 5 secs of usage. Is going straight in the e-waaste bin. Do better Wolady.
