does this product help fade brown acne marks?

It's possible that it might help over time, but I think a better bet would be to use an AHA serum that stays on the skin longer. If your skin is not very sensitive, you could use this wash as part of a regimen that included a serum or AHA lotion and that would probably be more effective than this wash alone. Mandelic acid is also supposed to be great for acne and scarring.

What is the concentration of aha?

It contains Glycolic acid which is an AHA. It’s listed near the top so it’s a prominent ingredient, but unsure of its exact concentration.

Can you physically exfoliate and wash afterwards with this product?

No exfoliation. Just leave few minutes and rub gently to the areas you want like if you have pilariasis and after that you can rinse. It really helps based on my experience
