Can I use with a clarisonic?

yes it works great with a clarisonic...but beware that it's primary ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate, which is like plain old soap or shampoo, and can cause a reaction in sensitive skin.

Is this good for dry skin? Or would the foaming cleanser be better?

It just depends on your skin. Usually foaming cleansers are more drying. This didn't dry me out.

How long does one bottle typically last?

It made my face break out horribly, so I stopped using it after about a week. It would probably last a month or so for someone that washes their face twice a day though.
