Review: Exceed expectations - I’ve been on and off the keto diet and always have a hard time since I love my pasta, starch and pizzas. I decided to give this alternative lasagna and it did not disappoint! I am an incredibly picky eater and thought that this replacement would taste terrible at worse or passable at best. It actually exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, the texture is almost spot on to the real deal. If you didn’t tell me I wouldn’t have known the difference. My wife and I both thought this was one of my best lasagnas yet. It’s a bit pricey for what you get in the box, It’s enough for 2 layers in a small dish but I like doing 3 layers and fell short. If the cost can be brought down, this would be a permanent replacement forever!
