Lasagna Noodles, Hearts of Palm – Naturally Rich in Potassium, Low-Calorie Veggie Pasta, Keto & Gluten-Free Food, Vegan, 9 Oz Ea

I’ve been on and off the keto diet and always have a hard time since I love my pasta, starch and pizzas. I decided to give this alternative lasagna and it did not disappoint! I am an incredibly picky eater and thought that this replacement would taste terrible at worse or passable at best. It actually exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, the texture is almost spot on to the real deal. If you didn’t tell me I wouldn’t have known the difference. My wife and I both thought this was one of my best lasagnas yet. It’s a bit pricey for what you get in the box, It’s enough for 2 layers in a small dish but I like doing 3 layers and fell short. If the cost can be brought down, this would be a permanent replacement forever!

A++++ BUY THESE! I rince and boil the "noodles" for 7 minutes and then layer like you would any lasagna. It is so good and taste just like lasagna. My first dish I made a meat lasagna. My next will be a chicken Alfredo type lasagna. I can't wait. This will go on subscribe ASAP!

While this is a much healthier food than lasagna, it is in no way similar to lasagna noodles. High fiber, low carb, cool. But texture, taste, etc. are so immensely dissimilar that it’s unreasonable to call it a lasagna alternative. The sheets are tiny (1x3 inches maybe?), and there are only 20. I was not even able to create two single servings with what was in the bag. Flavor and texture didn’t offend me because my meat and sauce were passionately flavored, but it is certainly strange and not ideal. Excessive price for less than two servings of something I can’t even refer to as lasagna. Would not recommend for use as a lasagna alternative, will not be purchasing again.

Not a Noodle. actual sliced hearts of palm sliced thinnly. They are very soft almost mushy on the ends of more than half a package. Used 2 pouches for a large lasagna. Didn't help to keep layers. dried on paper towel as recommended but still released liquid into my dish. Tasted much like hearts of palms from a can.

These were a great substitute for noodles for lasagna! One box only made a small dish, enough to feed me and my husband for two nights, so if you’re making a big family size, 2-4 boxes will be necessary. But honestly, they didn’t contribute flavor-wise, they were just sort of there as a foundation and they totally did the trick! You do need to cut them with a butter knife when eating, it was a little tough to separate with just fork to get a bite, FYI. But we are vegans and hubby made a delicious all veggie lasagna with vegan “chease” obviously and it was delish!!!! We also don’t do gluten or soy so this product fit the bill!! Healthy and served its purpose! Price is high but we will make again!

I'm on a weight loss journey and I missed pasta. This was surprisingly good! Like I would actually eat it even if I wasn't on a diet! It has a sort of briny smell straight out of the package so I recommend you rinse and pat dry before using. They are pretty delicate so be careful they don't fall apart before you assemble your lasagna.

I'm sure if you are vegan these are a good product. The taste and texture is nothing like a lasagna noodle.
