Arrived in excellent condition. This is a GREAT Book.... I've purchased other books by this author and he really has put a lot of work into each of them Very informative, able to be understood well by the layperson without dumbing down... Highly Recommend.

NIACIN works better in the long run - studies proved out

*by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2015*

Studies are outlined that support his assertion that NIACIN works better in the long run and overall than statins do. I've refused statins and needed to find a book with better, natural recommendations. Statins often cause diabetes in post-menopausal women, cause memory problems, nerve problems, and deplete the body of vital CoQ10. Statins are not shown to help people over age 69. Glad I bought this book. Additionally, I've read elsewhere that statins only help MEN of a certain age who have already had a stroke or heart attack.
