One was perfect the other was defective how do I send it back for exchange... I have had two for years.. and I love them..

No idea if it’s really sturdy, it’s looks easy enough to install but it doesn’t retract. I’m sending it back. Edited: I didn’t know how to go in and change my review. They replaced the clothesline with no questions. In my book that rates more stars. Sometimes things are defective, it’s how the seller handles it that makes the difference for me.

I tried to hang bath towels vertically on the line but the line seem to stretch after awhile and I had to hang them sideways instead so they wouldn't touch the ground , even after looping the line around the tie off, which is a bit hard. So, I might be using it for hanging sheets and lighter stuff. I already had one line from another company that costs a lot more and it works really good (without stretching) so this one will be my second line. Very easy to install.

Easy to install it's sturdy

Sturdy, easy to use. Great for small spaces.

This product is great for indoor and outdoor use, the string retracts smoothly and is definitely sturdy enough. I am using it inside, which is a space saver for my hang dry items, vs using a drying rack.
