Medium Roast and Body were better than most brands we tried. The Smoothness was pretty good with a slightly nutty flavor to it. Took a minute to get used to it, however it is pleasant. We tend to grind medium to coarse to get the most flavor out of it and to keep the strength of the brew medium as well. As far as Quality goes, this is what brought it down to 4 stars for us. In our grinder, we noticed the coffee was drier than other brands and left behind a lot of what id like to call fluff (more like the middle part of the beans. It was not as oily either as some of the other brands we have tried. We like the oils as we find the add to the flavor. Bottom line - despite the fluff, we would buy again and recommend someone to give it a try.
