I love this women's once a day multivitamin! I can take it in the morning before eating and it does not upset my stomach! I can definitely tell a difference in my energy if i don't take it so i make sure to set an alarm to take it. It is a big (not huge) easy to swallow capsule. No weird taste,smell or burps. It contains all the nutrients your body needs. I appreciate the clean ingredients and no fillers. Will definitely continue to buy!

I love this vitamin blend containing 100% of all the necessary nutrients. I've taken over the years a few times and began taking another blend but decided to come back to this organic blend with the Iron I also need. Perfect blend and perfect price.

Maybe better than certain other vitamins, sometimes I forgot to take my vitamins. It gives me energy and might help with some deficiencies, plus I have to take vitamin D probably forever.

I have been taking Paradise Herb’s brand Earth’s Blend Multivitamins for just under a month, and I am pleased with their quality and ease of use. I do not eat too healthily- surviving mostly on coffee and sandwiches, so I intentionally take a daily multivitamin to assure I am intaking the vitamins my body needs. These multivitamins are on the larger size, as are most multivitamins, however I find them to be easy to swallow with no taste before or after I swallow them. I feel better knowing I am getting appropriate nutritional supplements to my diet, and I have not experienced any adverse side effects.

I specifically need a multivitamin with iron and have used Earth's Blend Superfood Multi with Iron for years. They are vegetarian, though I am not a vegetarian. I just find that vegetarian supplements are much easier on my digestive system and do not cause any aftertaste. The Superfood blend has had a great positive impact on my health. I'm able to reap the benefits of these foods without having to 'eat' them. As a diabetic, my diet can be restrictive, even when consuming natural sugars. (And nope, this is NOT medical advice, just sharing my personal experience.) The Green Superfoods in here is like mixing up a green smoothie, just without all the sugar (even if it is natural sugar) and who's got the time for that fuss anyhow. Same with the Veggie Berry Blend. I'm not going to be able to eat enough berries/certain veggies or drink berry/vegetable juices for the benefit to outweigh the impact on my glucose levels. I realize this is different for everyone, and there are ALL sorts of ways to mitigate this, but I'm only sharing my experience with this after many trials and errors personal to me. Anyhow, this multivitamin with the Superfoods has really helped me incorporate the benefit without the negatives. I'll continue to purchase.

I just really like this multivitamin. As a woman, I appreciate all the many vitamins and herbs it contains. Items you typically don't find in an over-the-counter multivitamin. I also appreciate it uses calcium citrate instead of carbonate. I personally love it! And a very reasonable price!

These are very good quality vitamins and for someone who needs extra iron and who's stomach is not sensitive to iron, I believe this is a very good product. I tend to be anemic so was hoping it would agree with my stomach. Sadly, It does not agree with my stomach so I will be switching back to the other Iron free formula. They are very good quality vitamins though. They are easy to take and swallow and the smell is not bad at all. Just didn't agree with my stomach. Even the price was very reasonable. So I still give it 5 stars.
