Excellent hand grinder! Only complaint is the brush hairs are not well attached. If you use the brush, expect to find hairs come loose into the grinder, or into your ground beans, which you will have to then pick out. As others have stated, there is a lot of wobble when turning the grinder, so getting a perfectly even grind requires a gentle, steady pressure applied all the way around, but I find this is easy to do if you sit down and place the grinder between your legs to hold it still while turning the crank. (This also helps if you are too short to get a good angle on holding it on a tall counter top.) I love that it comes with two jars, one of which has a lid, and I am very pleased with the device on the whole.Would recommend!

Ive only used this 5 times or so but am very happy with it. The adjustments to the level of grind are appropriate and the glass is quite thick for the containers.

Great little grinder, and you get a morning workout along with fresh ground coffee.

Sent this back, It took FOREVER to grind enough coffee for a pot. It just doesn't work very well.

We returned ours as it did not work well.

I needed something to grind fresh eggshells - to use as calcium supplement for my dog. I tried an electric grinder but it was not easy to control and ended up burning the eggshells..this one works just fine (and I get to burn calories while using it!)... you do have to press the shells down deep into the crusher assembly until they get caught up in there other wise it just spins and the shells slide along over the top - but once you get it going - you get a really nice fine grind of the shells - perfect for sprinkling on food...
