Lovely bike. Easy to put together and perfect size for our 5 year old

Bought this for my daughter who wanted an LOL bike, I’ve come to build it and I have a screw missing for the stabilisers which means so can’t actually ride it. It’s great for her size but she’s upset she can’t use it yet and unsure how/who to ask about having another stabiliser screws to be sent out.

Good little bike pain to put up

Very hard to assemble the product I had to take it to a bike shop. The item has had little use over the last 6 months as the front tyre continually runs flat, the item has been taken to a professional bike shop on a number of occasions and they could not identify the problem with the tyre after swapping out the inner tube. A very poor product

Great buy, steady. Easy to put together. My 5 yr old loves it

The bike looks fine (ie it's bright and colourful as pictured) but is very poor quality in terms of how it actually works. The pedals are so stiff they barely move, then will suddenly slip through without even moving the wheels. The steering is heavy. The plastic parts have broken easily and cracked. My daughter is 4yrs and struggles to use it despite being fine on other bikes. I'm getting her a new bike as this one is putting her off cycling.

Very disappointed with Quality of childs bike there r scraches on main frame. To send this back to u. Our great granddaughter will b very upset. Will miss her birthday present. No spanners for Pedals. As a good customer very disappointed. Mrs jewell

La verdad no me sirvio pence que era mas grande esta bisicleta era para mis hijas pero la verdad que tiene 7 años y creo que esta bisicleta es como para 3 años o hasta 4 años es muy pequeña y la devolución es pecima lo mande desde el 3 de mayo y es la hora que no he recibido la devolución no le puedo poner ninguna estrella porque el servició de devoluciones es pecima aunque para cualquier niña pequeña es un sueño tener una bisicleta asi y de lol muchas niñas mueren por ellas y también es ridiculo el precio demasiado caro para una cosa tan pequeñita y le suben el precio ami me costo $307 y volví aber cuanto costaba y lo subieron a $350 dolares y bolvi a ver el precio y bolvio a subir a $370 no es posible que jueguen con las ilusiones de una niña y con los bolsillos de los papas bueno una estrella a lo mucho por ser una bisicleta que les encanta a nuestras princesas

The bike was not easy to assemble due to confusing instructions, after some efforts, it was assembled but it is too stiff to pedal and the chain keeps coming off from pedals. We somehow missed the return date and now it is lying in a corner in the storage.If Amazon is still listening then, please solve the matter.
