Problematic!
This product did not fit and apart from a large ‘M’ which I presume is ‘Medium’ the size of hat is guesswork. The return label is invalid as the post office informs that it is not QR? I’m flabbergasted and reminded of the pro’s & cons of online purchases. QR Code is needed please.

Unfortunately disappointed
Ordered the biggest size for myself and was disappointed with the item size when it arrived, it was so small my 5yr old daughter is now wearing it.
