Delicious & Hydrating
I love this stuff! It has a solid grape flavor and is very hydrating with the amount of water you wish to put in it. I usually put in twice the amount of water recommended.Because this stuff can be hard on your kidneys.

Electrolytic, but tastes like sweat.
Tastes like sweat. I guess thats how its supposed to taste. I didnt like the taste. But thats just me. It definitely is electrolytic.

Good price
As far as effectiveness, hydration and dissolving quickly this powder does all that. I didn't notice any energy boost at all. To me it tastes terrible, but for now is a necessary evil.

Ok product, depends what you are looking for
For everyday hydration, this is a lower-cost alternative to pedialyte products. Do not like the artificial sweeteners (suralose and acesulfame potassium). If you are a heavy sweater/endurance athlete there are MUCH better products out there.

Great flavor!
Bought these to compare with Pedialyte. Taste and work just as well. I drink electrolytes every day, so they're more cost effective. Hydration and energy.

This one works for me!
I like it! Affordable and almost tasty. I've tried more expensive electrolyte replacement products, but found them nasty tasting or way too salty. This one works for me. I'll buy it again.
