I'm a contractor and we have a handful of clients that use us for their ice machine maintenance service. We've been using this line for years and it does a great job.... especially that I trust it to perform after we clean a machine that has been severely neglected and coveted in black and red organisms. I trust this that after cleaning all the junk out of the machine that this will kill and slosh, splash anything we may have missed (even after we thoroughly take the machine apart and clean all the nooks) and do the job. I've never had a call back or someone sick. I trust this line and it's makes our service easier and allows me to rest easy on liability after the service is completed. It's cost effective and does what it says. We always keep it in stock!

Well, I expect it works well. Without sampling and testing one can only go on faith.Follow the directions on the bottle and the directions for the machine. You should be fine.

Excellent product for cleaning countertop ice machines.
I used this very easy to use product in my countertop ice maker after it developed a nasty smell in the ice. Just added 1/3 of a cup of product to clean water in reservoir and ran 3-4 batches of ice before flushing reservoir with water multiple times and draining. Now smells hospital clean on interior and great ice again.

Clean Ice Again!
I didn’t clean my stand-alone counter top ice maker for a while; ice was not 100% fresh. Used this product and an old toothbrush to clean all surfaces. Looks great, and the ice is back to the way it was when I first got the ice maker.

Fantastic! We moved to a new house that was really not kept up. I ran the cleaner through my filthy icemaker three times and now it looks amazing. Then I finished with the sanitizer changed the filter and I feel so much better about the ice being made. I will definitely use this to keep it sanitary. So easy to use!

Ordered IMS II and got IMS III not a big deal and still works to clean my ice machine but would’ve been nice to get what I ordered
