Blank Unpainted Minnow Crankbait Topwater Lipless Jerkbait Fishing Lures

Great little crank baits. Right out of the bag these have a great look and a nice rattle to them. They paint up nicely. You can see a couple that I've done. The action is the water is a tight wobble. I'd say it really pulls in the fish, but I'm afraid to report they haven't worked for catching anything but me. I will admit to only using them a few times, however. I'm planning on putting them in the water much more in the fall. They weigh about 1/2 an oz, and the ball bearings make casting easy and far. I like them and so they'll find a way into my rotation. I'd rather fish these for a couple of bucks out the door rather than one's you buy at $10 or more a pop.

I love the Duo Realis jerkbaits and I recently decided to start trying to paint some of my own jerkbaits. I looked for some Duo Realis blanks and found these 120SP blanks for a great price! I got a cheap battery powered airbrush in Amazon and some water based airbrush paint and painted my first one all chartreuse then coated it in a 2 part epoxy to protect it from teeth marks. It came out good and I caught a striper on it, and got some other bites my first time throwing it. I wanted to get more creative for my next project so I got some diamond shaped mesh to make a scale pattern and blended it to fade out. Painted the belly chartreuse and just did the epoxy coat. I think it came out nice! These blanks are 4.75” and 5/8oz which is about the same specs are the FlashMinnow 110. The difference is they have a wider wiggle and a longer bill so they dive a couple feet deeper which is what I like when striper and halibut fishing.

I haven’t fished with these yet, I will probably spend way too much time painting them then lose them on the first cast. For about a buck a piece, the quality looks nice. They do not come with split rings or hooks. I asked Dufus the AI chat bot and it said it comes with hooks, but I’m not surprised that it doesn’t for 10 bucks. I think hooks will cost more than the lures.

Was excited to take these out after painting them. Man, they did not disappoint.

Works well paints up real great a little bit bigger than what I thought it was going to be.. Not really recommended for fresh water this is more of a salt water style bait the senk is extremely fast. It's more of a Yo-yo style of a lure. Not a whole lot of action while reeling in. If you can use a spoon to fish. Then this bait is perfect for you.

Good action. Would purchase again

After baits are sanded they are ok, lots of rough edges

Great action. Love the baits. Will be getting more soon.
