Great for those who don't know what to do about their blood sugar!
It is an excellent product and surely keeps my blood sugar down. My doctor says I am a borderline diabetic because it runs in my family.I take it twice daily - after breakfast and dinner.

Great Product
I use this as another method to help control my blood sugar. I love this brand because the tablets are so easy to swallow. The pill size is as small as one of those 81mg aspirin. I wish more manufacturers of supplements would make their products easier to swallow. I have bought other brands of this product but none as small as Solaray. Love the product and will continue with this brand.
