Anolon Advanced Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan with Helper Handle / Nonstick Skillet, 14", Indigo

This is like going from a large pizza to an extra large pizza! I love this pan. It’s huge. I was hesitant at first because of the nonstick coating. I do not like those other non-Teflon coatings. But this one is great. It’s almost like it has its natural oil in it. It’s so slippery. It’s nice and heavy, not flimsy or dense easily. For those of you with those flimsy pans it won’t sit flat on the stove after a few uses, either take a rubber mallet or a hammer fist and hit it really good in the center of the pan on the bottom. I don’t think I will have to do that to this pan. I use this pan almost every day and nothing has stuck to it yet!Well worth the money. Now I need to find is a lid to fit this thing!

I have been using this frying pan for several months. We like to cook and have been cooking a lot more over the past year. The pan is super easy to clean and you don't haven't do worry about scratching it with the anodized coating.Off the top of my head I can remember cooking large amounts of vegetables, meatballs, falafel, noodle dishes. The versatility of the pan and the even heat distributiom made cooking with it a pleasure. The only down side is the lack of a lid to accompany this large pan.The rubberized grips make using this pan a more pleasant experience than other pans I have that do not have the protective layer against the heat.

I make large meals all the time, very large meals for my very tall athletes. I gift this frying pan to any house I stay in. My in-laws cottage? Yup. Passover? Have two of them for Passover. It's a great pan. The size, weight, heat distribution and ease of cleaning. All great. Highly recommend.

This seems to be a great pan, a little heavy, but works and cleans well. Lid does not come with it and so far, I haven’t found one to fit anywhere.

This product does what it says. No sticking. I have grandchildren and they love macaroni and cheese. When I cook it in this there is no sticking. Cleans right up!

Easy to clean and food doesn’t get stuck. I’ve use this almost every day and the surface hasn’t worn or chipped off.

The pan warped after a few uses. It was not overheated!

I ordered this skillet because it was described as 14" in diameter. However, the cooking surface (bottom) s only 10 inches, about the same as a regular skillet. The diameter of the top of the pan - where no cooking occurs - is 14", but that space is useless.The pan feels heavy and the indigo color is lovely, but I returned it as I need a larger cooking surface and this was simply not as described.
