These were very easy to install with no problems whatsoever. Took about 5 minutes to install both of them. They were replacements for the old one that had worn out on the windshield of my Polaris Ranger. I really think they are stronger then the old ones. Will buy again if ever need to.

Used these to replace originals that came with my Glass-Tite truck cap (Suspa 162000/162001, now known as C16-12476A). I got these because they were cheaper, are the same length, and are only 6lbs weaker (40lbs vs 46lbs). Besides, the correct replacement also doesn't come with electrical terminals and is hard to find. I reused the conductive ball sockets with electrical terminals (for the center brake light) from the old ones, and they work fine and support the door. If your old sockets are no good then this trick may not work. Will update review should the struts develop any issues.

Ordered these to hold my sundeck up on my pontoon. Very easy to replace old, I custom built my sundeck so was also aple to get new mounting brackets that these worked well with. I have these mounted to the bottom of a 30lbs sundeck and it holds it up with no hesitation, I have to lift the deck maybe 4 inch's before the struts take over and do the rest with lifting it . Great quality

Used these on a Leer 100 topper for my 2006 GMC Sierra. Holds up the back glass great. Measure the length you need (compressed and extended) along with what force is needed, and use the manufacturer's site to find the strut/prop needed. Wish someone had a better lookup than this, but there's so many options/variables that it becomes impossible to have a master list.

Replaced factory parts on my 2010 diesel pusher that had worn out. These were used on bay doors underneath. Work as they should.
