This is solid and works well. My only (small) negative is it makes noise while opening or closing the door, a small rattle, but, maybe its my installation. IDK. Good quality

The instructions do not show where the washers go when you assemble it but they go on the top side of the plate. If you put them on the under side of the plate with the square nut then the rollers bind and will not roll. Other than that, it is great. Very solid and well built. Matches a brushed nickel finish pretty well

I use this to guide my newly installed barn door. It is very sturdy and easy to install. I mounted it to the baseboard. It can be used in many different configurations depending on how your door is constructed. My door was made flush to the wall, so I actually had to remove the back roller to make it work. The roller/rollers are easily adjustable to fit your door’s thickness. This took me about 5 minutes to install.

Smooth glide. Like that it's adjustable.

Nice and heavy duty, nice quality. If I ever need again. This item will be my go to.

I designed my on hidden barn door setup that included 1 inch wheels under the door. For it to work, I had removed the rollers off their bracket and drilled them into the floor so that the bracket doesn't interfere with the door opening and closing. Looks better without the bracket and worked out great.

I was pleased with the product. Very good quality and works perfectly.
