This one is so dependable.I am working with my Dr. but until I can get my bladder issues fixed this product has saved me from what could have been a few disasters. Minor leaks not a problem, major gushes can be handled as long as the pull-ups is not pulled up too high thinking that will work better, um NO it won’t. If worn like regular underwear (no one can tell you have it on) and you can trust it can do the job, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Nothing leaks as you walk to change to a new one. There is no pee smell. Take a plastic bag (i get the cheap 2 gallon ones) and trop diaper into the bottom of one, get out the air, give the bag a good twist, fold the extra over that twist again and do it again if you like, tie a knot in the end and your can’s won’t get the nasty smell. **Q: i have a very high waist are these going to fit high enough?**
A: It depends on high your waist is, it is for medium high waists or you could give them a try one time and see. If they go up high enough.

**Q: Will the xxl fit? i am a bigger girl and usually wear a 3x (or a 10-12 in underwear; i'm about 300lbs, most of it in my belly).**
A: I wear 11 underwear, apple shape, 280, xxl is a little to big. I make them work by wearing underwear over them. I'm going to try xl. I use these for overnight heavy periods.

**Q: Are they shipped in a regular Amazon box or does it say what they are on outside? I have noisy neighbors.**
A: Noisy neighbors are the worst!  Sorry, had to say that.  The box is the regular Amazon box - nothing on the outside to suggest the contents.

**Q: Do you wear these along with pads or by itself?**
A: If you use a heavy pad also you don’t always have to change pants (if traveling, shopping etc.) works great. Better than undressing to change every time if you are wearing long pants ( Levi’s, capris etc.)

Perfect for postpartum c-section recovery. When I moved out of using large pads, I switched to these and they’re perfect and comfy. High waisted so it’s perfect for c-section recovery. I sized up to make sure it fit me not too tight. Never leaks, great absorbency and so comfy. Does not dig into the skin or feel uncomfortable. Very happy with this purchase and I’m so glad I tried them out. I would recommend to any postpartum mama.
