I'm 5'8", 170lbs, with a 32" waist. Fits great, have fused it for yoga, cardio, HIIT, and weight training. Builds up a great sweat and a fast warm-up. After handwashing, stiches still seem good. Easy to clean and dries fast.Update, Oct2020: Might not be ideal for daily use. The stiches don't seem so good anymore and the trim along the vest has come loose.
