The nunchucks are a good quality product they are a good weight ( noise level lol ) very quiet unless you drop them on a hard floor and then your husband comes rushing in to see what you are doing definitely value for money durable still in one piece dispite dropping them on the floor countless times ( ease of use) I suppose that will come with skill and practice best to practice outside where there’s space and no chance of breaking things be careful when in use they hurt like hell if you hit yourself lol 😝

Really good training nunchucks. It is sturdy built, and solid rubber. If you are a beginner, I woudl advice being careful as the rubber is quite hard and heavy enough to hurt. Respect it it can be a good teacher :). The only slight drawback is that it seems a bit longer than it should be. It is better suited for people with longer reach.

great bit of kit think everyone should buy a pair i bought them two years ago for my dad there hard to learn but a bit of kit. self defense

A little heavier than i was expecting, but you'll build strength while training with them anyway so before long they feel just right, real sturdy, i love 'em, really satisfied! If you're onky just starting out or are wanting to start out, definately go for the lighter option of foam until you understand the motions, if you hit yourself with these, you'll know about it lol, description says for professionals, so make sure you know what you're doing when you step up to these for training

Great pair of solid hard but flexible rubber Nunchukas! I started with a foam pair to get used to the movements and routines without having to worry about hurting myself but when I could do my routines pretty well I moved onto these heavier ones to improve my control and to learn to respect the Nunchuka. I never try to show off or use these too fast as the consequences will be painful. Once you use these you will learn control and discipline, if you are cocky or irresponsible you WILL hurt yourself or hurt someone else! I like using these at medium speed for a workout and warm up, then I go back to my foam ones which are super light and whip them around as fast as Bruce lee. Within 2 weeks I learnt the Enter the Dragon routine Bruce Lee performs and also can perform some other manoeuvres with confidence and without injury!
