★★★★★ Excellent Fry Pan for Large Family Meals After a disappointing experience with another frying pan, I decided to give the Tramontina Professional 14-Inch Non-Stick Fry Pan a try, and I'm very glad I did. This pan is exactly what I was looking for. The extra-large 14-inch size makes it perfect for cooking meals for my entire family. Whether we're making breakfast with eggs and potatoes, sautéing vegetables, cooking meats, or preparing one-pan meals, it provides plenty of room without overcrowding the food. The non-stick surface performs exceptionally well. Eggs slide right off, food cooks evenly, and cleanup is incredibly easy. I use very little oil, and nothing sticks to the surface. The heavy-gauge aluminum construction distributes heat evenly and eliminates hot spots, which helps produce consistent cooking results. I also appreciate that the pan feels sturdy and professional-grade without being excessively heavy. The handle is comfortable, and the overall quality exceeds my expectations for the price. After several weeks of use, it continues to perform like new. This has quickly become our go-to pan in the kitchen. So far this is a great pan. I bought it mostly for eggs and omelettes, and it hasn't disappointed. Eggs slide right out. The bottom is thinner than some other brands so it heats up quick, which also means food can burn easier, but if I can master an omelette, so can you. I NEVER put these types of pans in the dishwasher or use soap. I treat them like a cast iron pan. Hot water and a soft scrub brush is all that is needed after each use. I got 10 years of service from my T-Fal non-stick pan this way, so if I get 10 years out of this Tramontina, I will be very happy with the purchase. Here are a couple pictures of a one egg omelette. I used just a drop of olive oil, and it slid right out. The second picture shows the pan sitting flat and not tipping. I'm not sure why other reviewers had issues with that but perhaps their pan was not built correctly. If that's the case, then Tramontina has a quality control issue.

On my second attempt, right after I returned the wrong pan that was delivered first; the return process was very smooth and fast. I placed the new order right away. This pan is huge and just what I wanted! I have been using it every day for breakfast and dinner. The material is excellent and sturdy. It is super easy to cook in and wash. The price is great for such high quality. This is the Tramontina 14-inch pan, and I strongly recommend it if you need a big pan

These are really nice pans. Very non-stick but if you burn something in them, it basically ruins them. They are no longer non stick, so be careful.

I bought this for cooking eggs, specifically omelettes and frittatas. Like many, I am concerned about the forever chemicals in other nonstick pans, but hoped to find an alternative that was truly non-stick. This is it. Requires very little butter or oil and the eggs just slide out of it. It’s a good weight that heats evenly. I love that it comes with the silicone grip although it’s not easy to remove. The pan cleans up like a dream.

This pan is excellent. It’s an excellent value. It’s well made, and a pleasure to use. I have had mine six months and the nonstick still looks good. The silicone on the handle enables me to handle it with confidence. The weight is good. The bottom is aluminum, not stainless, which is completely fair for this price and functionally reasonable. I have had all kinds of high-quality stainless frying pans, and the stainless bottom doesn’t make them any longer. All it does is make them prettier and easier to clean. If I want to sear something, I will select a stainless pan but for doing things that are determined to stick this pan is excellent.

This pan is great, it's heavy duty like ones I have used in a restaurant. Nice rubber handle grip. The depth aligns with the size. It looks great. The coating seems excellent as well,so far still non stick and no stains. I will check back in 6 months with an update.

I love this Tramotina 14" nonstick frying pan. The nonstick quality is superb. Nothing sticks and pan wipes clean before washing. This is my go to pan as I love how I don't have to heat up the burner all the way to high to cook, medium to medium high works fine. There is even heat distribution as well so all the food in the pan gets cooked. Before purchasing this I tried Hexclad and did not like it as I tried the fried egg test and it stuck. When this pan arrived, I did the test and it slid right out of the pan. The only downside is that the pan doesn't slide across my grates smoothly -- but other than that, I'm back for two more pans, plus a lid!
