Truly non-stick premium quality
They worked great! I actually rubbed a bit of tallow on one and butter on the other to make sure that my seed crackers wouldn't stick. Not only did they not stick, they actually slid around on the pan when I took them out of the over. I probably could have gotten away with no added fat. These are heavy pans with a non-stick coating that really does work and they also don't warp. The size is perfect for putting the two of them side by side on one oven rack. I couldn't be happier with them.

Great oven pans
I needed to get some new oven pans because my old ones had definitely aged poorly (but had lasted 20 years or more, so I can't complain). I was looking for heavy, ceramic coated oven pans with low sides. These fit the bill, so I bought them. Both my daughter-in--law and I have been pleasantly surprised with these pans. The only downsides are that they should be hand washed and you shouldn't use spray oil on them. Both of these conditions don't bother us. The positivres are that they are solid (no warping in a hot oven), very easy to clean, and work GREAT with parchment sheets. I do have to say we do use them the most to roast fresh vegetables (tossed in a very small bit of oil), but NO oil sinks through to the pan and the veggies turn out terrific. We will be using these pans for sheet pan dinners A LOT! So glad I got these!

Good for baking
Decent baking pans and the nonstick coating holds up and noise from the pan when it heats up

Nice, but may not last
I like this to the point I've bought two sets, but of the 4 sheets, one of them is already showing issues after about few months. I'd had it for about 2 weeks when the ceramic finish scraped off in a long, thin streak near one end (while trying to wash it). The non-stick properties are good, but not perfect. Maybe that's an issue with how we're using them. You know -- to cook with. That same pan has now suffered far worse issues. I don't know how it happened, but it's like it burned -- badly. Maybe they have a temperature limit, and my wife might have tried broiling with it. So, while I like them, I'm concerned the durability of the finish isn't what I'd prefer. Maybe it's user error.

quality replacements
I bought these to replace my old beat up cookie sheets. They are good quality, no warping and pretty as well. I bought the parchment paper sheets to fit the exact size of the pan.

Solid, cheap pans
Bought these for my Black and Decker toaster oven to replace the terrible pan that comes with it. I spent a few days trying to read about all the different pans for sale on Amazon and just decided to buy this one. The pans have a good, solid weight to them (no warping and pretty even heat distribution), they don't get food stuck on them (yet, I'm sure they will over time like all non-stick pans), and they fit the toaster oven perfectly. Not sure you could ask for much more considering they were so cheap. To be honest, I've bought more expensive full-sheet pans that weren't as nice as these. Just my two cents.

Inferior Quality
Last Fall, about 8 months ago, I purchased these baking sheets. The first thing I discovered after using it for the first time was that it warps when put into a hot oven. This was an early sign that the baking sheets were not made from good quality metal. The second thing I noticed was that, despite the so-called ‘ceramic coating,’ these were not easy to clean. Lots of scrubbing and there were still black discoloration on the surface. While I had not burned what I was cooking, these black stains concerned me. I hope there was not some weird chemical reaction going on. The next thing I noticed was that the fold/creases beneath the pan began to rust very quickly. While I hand-washed the sheets and dried them with a towel, I noticed rust on the towel. No matter how hard I tried to get the towel into the metal crease, there was always a little moisture left behind. This is what resulted in the rust. I started using paper towels to dry it so that I didn’t get rust stains on my kitchen towels. After a few uses, I threw away the first baking sheet because it had too much of that black discoloration on the cooking surface. I just started using the second sheet and it immediately evidenced the same issues. Here are my takeaways. First, I don’t know what was in the ceramic coating, but it doesn’t seem completely healthy. Second, the manufacturer uses poor quality metal—resulting in warping and rusting. The pair of baking sheets wasn’t super expensive, but it wasn’t cheap either. I usually get a couple years out of baking sheets, but these barely made the 6-month mark. I cannot recommend these. Aluminum foil would have been a better choice for cooking. At least foil doesn’t rust so quickly.

Better than I expected.
Better than I expected. Used several times now and cleans up like a charm. Nice weight and I like that there are two units as appose to one larger tray. Two trays fit side by side in my oven.
