I've been using a contoured knee support pillow for years and can't sleep without one now. My husband has been waking up with knee and hip pain so I suggested he try this. He's skeptical of pretty much everything, so he put up with the pain instead. Last week I purchased this spontaneously and gave it to him. The next morning, after just one night, he said it he woke up without that pain. It made such a difference that he used it again the following night, and is so far sticking with it. Amazing! The covering is removable already, but I purchased and additional washable cover for hygiene (this heatwave, right?). Different seller but same brand, fits perfectly, worth getting in my opinion. Good value for something essentially comfortable and effective for its intended purpose. User is 5'8" and medium build. I think this cushion is broadly one size fits all.

Brilliant for hip pain ! Having tried various pelvis cusions , without much help , some have been bulky or oddly shaped , I thought id try this one . I can say , it is the best one by far . First thing about this , is the shape . It fits perfectly with your knee , so , when you are lay on your side , your hip does not pull forward which does then not cause pain giving you a better night sleep. It is memory foam with a removable cover . Gives Great support for knee , hip and spine . Great value for money A must buy .

Bought to help me sleep on my side during convalescence from a hip replacement operation. I am very pleased with the item, which I find comfortable and just the right shape for my legs. I did not want a pillow that has to be attached to one leg, because of my current restrictions on bending. This pillow is just what I needed and I suspect that I will continue using it in future.

This had made a huge difference, great for stability post a hip replacement or even if you just want more stability as a side sleeper with some hip discomfort. Would recommend.

I rarely review my purchases but felt I needed to feedback on this pillow. I’ve tried several with great product write ups but come up short. Don’t waste you hard earned cash on any others, this one is awesome

I give 3 stars because it's a very well made, skin friendly pillow. I slept half a night well but my legs found the position restricting and needed different positioning. So maybe I'm not a side sleeper after all. I've built up my head pillows to allow me to sleep on my back to breath comfortably, and since both knees are painful now I've put a normal pillow beneath my knees so I'm not restricted if I cramp or spasm I can change position. Sadly this lovely pillow is obsolete for now, but you never know it may be useful in the future. The pillow is a bit large for my size and feels quite firm but very soft to the skin, has a washable cover and clever shape, unfortunately made my pains got worse. although I've read reviews and it has helped a lot of buyers I'm pleased to hear.
