I have had mine 5 years and it still works! Best throat pain relief ever.

Is it good for dry mouth

I can't answer that. I don't really get dry mouth. I have used it for tonsillitis, strep throat and a really bad burn in my mouth. It won't cure any of these, but it does alleviate symptoms, and speed up the healing process. It can also be used to treat mouth sores caused from chemo treatment.

Kamillosan Mouth Spay

I purchased this product at the advice of my dental hygienist. I experience dry mouth due to dental implants. It does work, but the taste is a little unpleasant. This product has been the most effective of the other products I tried. Be prepared, all the text is in a language other than English.

Very well known product for mouth sores. Important to keep applying it several times a day. Keep your mouth clean as normal brushing and apply kamillosan after. I will continue using it.
