The only thing I didn't like was that the cardboard box has a open window cutout without any plastic over the window, and the cassette itself isn't wrapped or protected in any way from sticking out through the window opening. This is no problem in a retail store but doesn't seem the best when it's being shipped. It did arrive in perfect shape but I would still have preferred it be wrapped inside the box to make sure no sprockets got damaged in transit while sticking out of the box window cutout. Other than that I'm very happy with it and would buy from this seller again.
