BNC connector is poorly fit, but works otherwise.
Works fine, but the BNC connector is a poor fit. I have to use it with a BNC-SMA, and it requires pliers to connect and disconnect.

Easy range increase for wireless mics
Good fit and quality- helped our parish wireless mic packs work a longer distance from the base - increasing range - so there were fewer dead spots or dropped sound. Easy to install- twist on and twist off, and we didn’t have to move the base or remotely place the antennae.

No good for upgrade.
These are not as good as stock Sennheiser antennas. I lose about 30ft of distance with these antennas in a test. Do not buy if you're looking to upgrade stock antennas. As you can see in the picture they're much larger than stock but not as good.
