So I ate the money I paid for this pen and went to dollar tree to get one that actually works. I have purchased several things from desertcart and have always been very happy this was my first time hating the product because it was broken. I think it has to do with the packaging in an envelope. WILL NEVER BY FROM THIS DISTRIBUTOR AGAIN!!!
