Fowl Play

Absolutely love this thing it works fantastic I have run almost 19 cases of clays with this machine. Its flawless and dependable. I hope to had the wobbler lower section soon to enhance my family shooting experience! I am not paid or a affiliate of this company. My review is 100% real experience.

Lots of fun, and so far... No problems. Whoever drew up the assembly instructions should really study at Ikea for a while, The instructions are pretty much useless. Fortunately once everything is laid out, the assembly is pretty much straight forward, took me 30 minutes in my freezing cold garage. One review complained about the "plastic" ring at the top of the feed chute, mine is metal. Also got $32.00 off from Amazon because the packaging was damaged, who cares???, I threw the box away, no damage inside. It operates smoothly. Time will tell.

I opened the box and it was an easy setup. I had 2 hick ups but the we're handled by their customer service department. I had one issue with the release pedal it stuck, they sent a new one. I can make one recommendation for the thrower. It comes with a glass fuse to.protect the motor and your will blow it when you forget to remove the safety pin. I replaced mine with a mini blade fuse and weatherproof holder. Glass fuses have become almost impossible to find and the one the use is an odd ball at that. I have launched almost 400 clays with no issues and have literally had a blast

I unboxed it and spent a few minutes figuring out what bolts went where when assembling. The instructions are limited and should really be more detailed. Other than the assembly, this unit performed flawlessly. I shot over a hundred clays the first time out and it never skipped a beat, never broke a clay and cycled all of the clays down thru the last lone clay. I was very impressed and surprised it did so well as some had reported trouble with the final clays in the stack. The unit arrived on time and in good condition with all the parts needed. The unit was pre adjusted and functioned like a champ. I am especially impressed with the stout construction of this unit, nothing flimsy about the materials or finish, it should last for many seasons. The compact size fits easily in the back of my cab covered bed of my Tundra by removing the clay stacker unit. The stacker rods are easily removed and replaced for transportation. I compared all of the current offerings out there and this one was the best value. Buy this unit, you won't be disappointed.

Easy set-up, very sturdy and easy to use! I would have given this 5 stars except: 1) the clamps to the battery (sold separately) are poorly designed and fell off twice while shooting 100 clay’s, 2) the plastic top to the clay loader is thin, wobbly plastic which I anticipate will break soon, 3) the white safety tube/ring was twisted like a garden hose and droops at the front of the unit (has anyone found a fix for this?), 4) the ‘On’ / ‘Off’ switch does not return to an obvious top and bottom position - we launched a couple clays accidentally thinking it was in the proper position and, 5) if you buy the wireless controller you must CUT the wire to the foot pedal, which will not be good if the controller stops working.

I received this trap in early March 2017. I took it out to my ranch in mid-March in anticipation of having a bunch of guys out the end of the month. I also ordered the Do-All Trap Limo, Wobbler Kit, and Wireless Remote. The box containing the Trap Limo was damaged, the base of the cart was slight damaged, and the small parts were loose in the box. Fortunately, it appears none of the parts fell out and I was able to repair the base. I found the written assembly instructions to be very limited and generally lacking in detail. Watching the videos helped but it was mainly a case just figuring out how to put it together. When we started using the trap I had what I think is a timing problem. When I pushed the button on the remote, the arm would swing down to just short of the 6 o'clock position. I would push the button again and it would throw the clay. So, I thought this is just a 2-step process (again no instructions to tell you exactly how this should work) but every 6th time or so it would throw the clay on the first button push. Well, not knowing what's going to happen when you press the button just doesn't cut it. Over the last 2 months, I've call Do-All several times. I always get a recording no matter which extension I try. Either no one's there or they just don't answer the phone. I've also sent them a couple of emails (using their website) and have not had any response. So, if I can get the time issue figured out, I think I'll be happy with the trap even though I've had to sort through several issues without any help. Do-All's customer service however is terrible. I read another review written in March, 2017, that said they had great help from Customer Service so maybe it's just me.

Box came within 48 hrs, undamaged. All parts were in the box and it was easy to put together. Works perfectly loaded up with a stack of champion clays. This is my 2nd one bought by this company. I saw a lot of negative reviews on Amazon and was second guessing buying another one from the same company. But the first still works awesome so I went ahead and bought another. Happy I did. The reason I needed two is they are on two separate Family ranches 6hrs away from each other. Hope this review helps!

I highly recommend this Skeet thrower. It is so easy to use and makes for a great day of shooting!!

it works exactly as described! Very easy to follow instructions, Intuitive assembly, easy to adjust. I've thrown about 100 pigeons so far and It's soooo much fun! I just ordered the remote. I would give it 6 stars if I could! Some constructive critiscism, however: Two little things: Please consider adding some sort of printing or decal at the on/off/reset switch. This is not present and therefore possibly unclear to new user. Also, might want to check and make sure the feet are still level after welding. It's perfectly fine on soft ground, if you stake it down but, it won't sit properly on anything flat the way it is. Easy enough to straighten them out. Thanks again!

Works great! I would save time and get the extension for the skeet holder. You go through 25 quite fast. Slightly terrifying. So stay clear of the swing arm. But it’s a bunch of fun and super easy only having to push a foot pedal.
