This faucet's1.8 gpm rating sets it apart from all the others. We just installed it yesterday. It looks and works great! We have an under sink filter. Went from a 3 hole faucet with a sprayer to a pulldown which left a hole available in the existing sink. We love having a dedicated filtered water tap!

Excellent faucet! It looks very nice and fits perfectly. The installation was easy and the size is just right. The color matches very well with my main kitchen faucet, which makes everything look clean and elegant. The quality feels solid and the finish looks great. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I've used this for about 3 weeks. Connections weren't an issue and it was straightforward for install. You'll probably need a 3/8" compression Tee to connect it to the water supply, just don't overtighten the connection at the bottom of the faucet! I had some issue with getting the nut that secures the faucet to the sink, tight. Under the sink was cramped and getting the wrench on the nut was not fun, but once tight all was good. The design looks like the main faucet. Solid action with the lever. It produced a few drops of water from the end, but that stopped after several uses. All metal design makes it worth the cost. 4 stars because other vendors supply a tool to tighten the nut on the bottom and this one doesn't.

My recent customer service experience with KES was superb. After purchasing this faucet, the screw-on, 3/8" adapter for the inflow hose developed a tiny leak. KES support answered my email within a few hours, and sent me a replacement adapter free of charge. If only customer service for other companies was so good!

The faucet looks good and works pretty much as advertised. The tube is designed to rotate, which it does, but the column supporting it also rotates, which it should not. This is because the nut which fixes the column is plastic and easily slips after being tightened. Replaced this fixture after a year with a better (and more expensive) Everpure faucet.

Best little faucet around for the price. Better and more sturdy than the one that came with Watts RO system. Also it looks great!

I bought this one year ago, and it is still working perfectly. No issues with leaking or any part stopping or becoming loose. No colour change issue. Working very smoothly.

Easy to Install. Works well. Counter fitting bolts are not the strongest. Need to re-tighten from time to time (about one a month).

Fitted this over a year ago and it's been used many times a day almost every day since with no problems. So, I would recommend it.

Used to replace an existing broken tap, I had to elongate the existing drilled hole because the base of the KES tap was considerably larger than the base ot the original; more clearance between the KES tap base and the sink rim was needed. The new tap stem, now a 'sloppy' fit in the elongated hole, needed some packing and careful tightening, otherwise the tap would turn when operating the tap lever. The small drum of pfe tape was a thoughtful addition, but there were no instructions for its use for a novice. Likewise, the need for an (included) Allen key would forever remain a mystery. (This is supplied to release the tap barrel, having first unscrewed the tap operating lever to gain access). The J.G. adapters (supplied), avoid having to source this part separately and so there is everything in the kit to enable the installation to proceed without delay. A robust, attractive and functional product at a mid-range price.
