I used it for the first time today. I have two cockapoo with long floppy ears that has to be kept on top of. I found this ear cleaner as good as the more expensive one I have previously used. Very difficult to get the top off though

I purchased these for the first time as my dog wont let me clean inside his ears when i give him a bath so i thought i would try this product. Quick delivery and seems a good product and easy to use, unless you have a hyper big dog like i have and he eouldbt keep still long enough for me to use this product properly even when me and a friend tried to pin him down he just kept jumping and wrigling out of control and i was only able to squeeze a little bit in each ear and my dog wouldnt let me wipe the muck out of his ears so i left him to run about shacking his head so i ended up giving up using it which is a pity because it looks and seems like a good product, just a pity my dog would let me use it on him properly. I have no complaints about the product or company or service. I just wished my dog wasnt mega hyper etc when i try use it on him.

Does what it says on the bottle. Our puppy has floppy ears and they are prone to get dirty and make wax. This is very good at removing the messy stuff inside his ears

At last, non irritating, fresh smelling ear cleaner and it works! I have a dog with problem ears, needs regular cleaning and if not done regularly the infection gets in. I have tried so many varieties, some smell nice but do not clean, some clean but are harsh and upset the dogs. I put this in and massaged it in, put it in the next day and massaged. Third day got out the giant ear buds and to my absolute pleasure and surprise out comes the brown stuff! I am very pleased.

It arrived really quickly and the product does exactly what it needs to do - cleans my dogs ears! However, it is rather frustrating that each time you want to use it you have to attach the spout which is a separate unit, which is a pain. Then you have to put the screw lid back on to seal the bottle. A better arrangement is needed!
